We made an offer to buy with a house sale contingency which was not accepted. Laura immediately went into action getting our house photographed and on the multiple listing service in less than 48 hours! We received multiple offers within two days and had a bidding war which resulted in an all cash offer well above our already aggressive asking price. Unbelievable! Laura also coordinated the home inspections and obtained the certificate of occupancy for our sale (after finding us an electrician on short notice to make some necessary repairs) and paved the way for two of the smoothest closings we have ever experienced.

Her knowledge of the local market down to earth personality tips for preparing our home to sell (in 3 days!) and relationships helped us make our dream a reality. I would highly recommend Laura and would without a doubt work with her again in the future.

.. that is an understatement. Especially when you're buying AND selling have two toddlers a dog and are also expecting. As a former Agent myself I wanted to work directly with the listing agent. Working with Laura on the buy side I experienced what a great agent she was first hand. We ended up moving forward with her listing and we quickly realized that it was time to sell. I always thought I would sell my home for sale by owner as I have always represented myself in the past but the speed urgency commitment and professionalism that Laura displayed made me think I should list with Laura. I gave her my listing on Saturday am and she had it up by Saturday afternoon. We had an open house on Sunday and selected from multiple offers over ask within the first 72 hours and were in and out of attorney review before it was on the market for 7 days. She was always available to show the home and found time to share real time feedback. She was there for every showing negotiation inspection walk through etc and made the transaction effortless. I highly recommend Laura and I would only say that about the best as I was an Agent myself.
